About the project: The territory of PPT is located in Moscow, Pechatniki district. The area is about 50 hectares.
The project proposes to reorganize the territory of the former woodworking plant and create a comfortable public and residential environment with social infrastructure facilities.
The project provides for the allocation of 2.93 ha of land from the former woodworking plant to form the launch pad site as part of the renovation program.
The project also offers for construction on the territory of the investor: a residential complex with built-in kindergartens, 2 multi-level parking, a school for 1100 places.
Today, the territory of the Moscow river section is occupied by production and storage facilities and there is no direct access to the river. Accordingly, it is not possible to create a single continuous strip along the Moscow river. The project plans to create more than 3 hectares of green areas, which are proposed to be edited and included in the objects of the Natural complex.
A full-fledged green Boulevard along the Moscow river cutoff, about 50 meters wide. It will stretch from the site of the Nikolo-Perervinsky monastery to the Western border of the settlement.
The architectural and planning organization of the territory was developed with the participation of the architectural Bureau "TPO Reserve", taking into account the requirements for flats from the customer and the mandatory approval of the concept of forming the sea facade of the Moscow river with the chief architect of Moscow.
