About the project: The territory of PPT is located in Moscow, Ryazansky district. The area is 45 hectares.
The territory is partially located in the industrial zone No. 56 "Grayvoronovo".
So now, the large part of territory is occupied by the reinforced concrete plant.
The project proposes the reorganization of the area with the placement of integrated community housing: the construction of high-rise residential complexes with underground parking and non-residential built-in and attached functions, including kindergartens. It is also planned to locate two schools, a kindergarten, as well as new construction and reconstruction of public and business facilities along Ryazansky Avenue.
Planning of quarterly residential development presupposes active development of the intra-quarterly transport network, which will ensure transportation links with the main urban streets and highways.
The project formed areas of natural complex with total area about 6 hectares, which is 30% of the territory of reorganization. Formed natural and green areas, a well-developed boulevard with an entertainment function will allow full integration within common use.
