About the project: The territory of PPT is located in Moscow, Filevsky Park district. The area is 32 hectares.
The territory is located in the industrial zone. So, the existing planning structure is formed by industrial and municipal enterprises. Most of the existing buildings are in disrepair, without the possibility of direct access to the Moscow River.
The planning solution involves the placement of multi-storey residential buildings mainly along the shoreline of Moskva River, supporting the direction of the river bed and forming the front overlooking the water.
The internal structure of residential blocks is formed by groups of houses with the organization of landscaped courtyard spaces, supporting the main idea and the project's goal - creating a comfortable environment for residents of the planned development.
The main planning axes are: the Moskva River and the main street of regional significance – proezd Nо 2017 planned along the southern border of the design.
The project has formed new objects of the natural complex. On its territory, it is planned to organize a pedestrian embankment and public recreational areas of general use.
It is planned to place 2 schools for 1 750 places, on the territory of residential buildings it is planned to place 5 children for 750 places and polyclinic for 250 visits per shift.
As part of the planning project, it is planned to build a bridge across the Moscow River
